The booking process is straightforward. You search for a vehicle by entering your pick-up location, dates, and any optional extras such as a child seat, second driver, or Rovinieta motorway vignette. Results show available vehicles with full details on payment methods accepted for the balance, deposit requirements, and any restrictions on cross-border travel to Hungary, Bulgaria, or Serbia.
Once you select a vehicle, you pay a booking advance online by card to confirm the reservation. This advance is part of the total rental cost, not a separate fee. The balance is paid when you collect the vehicle, using the payment method specified in your booking confirmation - this varies by vehicle and supplier, so check the voucher carefully.
After payment, you receive a voucher by email containing the supplier's contact details, pick-up instructions, and rental terms.
